Reservations, Cancellations, & Refunds
Payment in full is required at the time of your service via cash or credit. If you are unable to keep your reservation, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice or you will be charged the total cost of your scheduled appointment. All complimentary consultations will be charge $25 for less than 24-hour's notice of cancellation. ALL services and packages are non-refundable. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.

Reservations and Cancellation

A deposit is required to book your reservation. This will be applied to your treatment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Minimum Age Requirements
Children are not permitted in the Spa.
Spa guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian and be accompanied by parent or guardian. Identification will be checked.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to rescheduling appointment and forfeiting deposit.
Gratuity
Our staff works hard to ensure your happiness. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted.
For Your Safety
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a Guest Check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. Natalie Rose Beauty reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
