IF YOU HAVE HAD LIP FILLER IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WOULD LIKE UNDER EYE FILLER, OR YOU ARE INTERESTED IN KYBELLA ,
YOU MUST MAKE AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT (can be found under their sections...Lips, Filler, Kybella, etc. at the link below).
If an in-person consultation is booked and it is not for Under Eye Filler, Kybella, or for someone that has not had a Lip Enhancement in the past 12 months, the appointment will be canceled and you will be subject to a $50 charge.
*Please note, consultations are complimentary, but clients that are no-call, no-show,
or intentionally book the wrong service instead of calling our office, will be charged $50.
Reservations & Cancellations
All clients are required to have a credit card on file. A $100 deposit is required for any service(s) over $100 and will be applied to your total at checkout.
Payment in full is required at the time of your service via cash, credit or CareCredit.
If you are unable to keep your reservation, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice or
you will be charged the total cost of your scheduled appointment.
Consultation & follow-up cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged $50.
Special event reservations (appointments not @ at NRB) require 2 WEEKS notice to cancel or $100 per service deposit will be forfeited.

All promotions and specials are for new bookings only. Can not be applied to previously booked appointments.
Please arrive at least 10 min prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork.
Clients arriving 10 min later than your appointment time will be required to reschedule & you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
Due to the medical nature of our treatments and services, there may be times when our team is running behind. We aim to provide exceptional customer service to each and every client at all times and we never want anyone to feel rushed. We do our best to inform clients in advance if time permits. We ask for your grace and understanding if you are ever affected by a delayed appointment.
Children are not permitted in the Spa unless they are receiving a service. If you arrive with a child(ren),
you will be charged the total cost of your scheduled appointment & be required to reschedule.
Please be mindful of the space. In order to maintain a relaxing environment,
we ask that you refrain from using cell phones and keep them on silent during your visit.
