
Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to have a credit card on file. Deposits are required for any service(s) over $100 and will be applied to your total at checkout.
Payment in full is required at the time of your service via cash, credit or CareCredit.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur a charge up to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Consultation & follow-up cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $50.
Special event reservations (not @ at NRB) require 2 WEEKS notice to cancel or $100 deposit will be forfeited.
Please arrive at least 10 min prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. Clients arriving 10 min later than your appointment time will be required to reschedule & you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
Kids are not permitted. If you arrive with children, you will be charged 100% & need to reschedule.
