SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATOR INTERN

Position Summary:

Natalie Rose Beauty is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Creator Intern with a passion for the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their skills, along with evidence of successful social media campaigns and content creation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of a leading beauty brand.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This includes photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.

  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.

  • Community Engagement: Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a strong online community and increase follower engagement.

  • Campaign Development: Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns to promote new products, services, and events. Track and report on campaign performance.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the beauty industry and social media to inform content strategy and keep our brand relevant.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and other key performance indicators. Use data to suggest improvements and optimizations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a salon, spa, medical office, or similar customer-oriented environment. Basic understanding about injectables, fillers, laser hair removal, etc. is highly desirable.

  • Vagaro Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Vagaro or similar salon and spa management software, including appointment scheduling, client record management, and inventory tracking.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computers, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, effectively handling client concerns, and finding appropriate solutions.

  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate spa hours and client appointments.

  • Professionalism: Presentable appearance, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to spa policies, and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics.

  • Passion for Medical Aesthetics & Beauty: Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a genuine interest in staying updated on the latest trends, products, and services.
