SPA ASSISTANT

Position Summary:

Natalie Rose Beauty, a renowned medical spa specializing in cosmetic injectables such as Botox and lip enhancements, is seeking a reliable and dedicated Spa Assistant. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the spa by providing assistance to both clients and the spa team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the reception area, assisting with client inquiries, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all.  This position that will not involve nor lead to training as a nurse injector.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet clients and ensure a friendly and professional customer service experience.

  • Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, provide information about services, and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, maintaining client records, and managing inventory.

  • Spa Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms, to ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for clients.

  • Laundry Management: Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize spa linens, towels, and robes to ensure a clean and well-stocked inventory.

  • Stock Management: Monitor and replenish supplies, including towels, linens, and spa amenities, to ensure availability for treatments and guest comfort.

  • Assisting Spa Team: Support the spa team with various tasks, such as preparing treatment rooms, assisting during treatments, and ensuring smooth transitions between client appointments.

  • Retail Sales: Assist with retail product sales, including product recommendations, inventory management, and cash handling, providing an opportunity to enhance client experience and increase revenue.

  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients regarding spa services, promotions, and special offers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.

  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to spa policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality, following safety protocols, and complying with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

  • Organization and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented: Attentive to details, ensuring accuracy in client information, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance, adhere to professional standards, and exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the spa team, supporting each other and contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and spa operations.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, including scheduling software, email, and basic office applications.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move equipment, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.

  • Ethical Conduct: Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in the spa industry.

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or spa-related role is preferred but not required.
