AESTHETICIAN

Position Summary:

Natalie Rose Beauty is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Aesthetician with a passion for providing exceptional skincare services. The ideal candidate will have professional experience, advanced training, and preferably a loyal client following. Responsibilities:

• Skincare Treatments: Provide a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare services tailored to individual client needs.

• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients.

• Treatment Customization: Customize treatments based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals. Stay informed about the latest skincare products and techniques to deliver the best results.

• Product Recommendations: Educate clients on skincare products and recommend suitable options to enhance their skincare routine and achieve desired outcomes.

• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and spa protocols.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and relaxing experience for all clients. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and techniques in the aesthetics industry through continuous education and training.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to create a harmonious and efficient spa environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall spa goals.

 

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid aesthetician license in Pennsylvania.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a licensed aesthetician in a spa or similar setting.

• Advanced Training: Completion of advanced training courses in various skincare treatments and techniques.

• Client Following: A loyal client following is preferred, demonstrating strong client relationships and satisfaction.

• Skincare Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and current trends in the beauty industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing a variety of skincare treatments with a high level of skill and precision.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals and providing exceptional service.

• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
