FAQ
How much does the membership cost?
Fees are either $50 or $99 per month based on membership level. Payment is charged monthly to a credit card of your choice. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover to sign up.
Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
Yes. We require a 3 month commitment to join. After 90 days, you can cancel at any time for any reason with 30-days notice.
Is there a set up fee or initiation fee?
There are no initiation or set-up fees.
I didn’t get a chance to use my monthly complimentary treatment - Can I use it the following month?
Complimentary treatments cannot be carried over or transferred to another person.
Can my complimentary treatments or membership discounts be transferred?
No, monthly services and discounts can only be utilized by the member. Membership privileges are not transferrable.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled by calling the spa (267)585-4206 or emailing info@natalierosebeauty.com with the subject "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP."
