NURSE INJECTOR

Position Summary:

Natalie Rose Beauty is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Nurse Injector with a loyal client following to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for a professional looking to bring their expertise and clientele to an empowering environment dedicated to beauty and wellness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators (BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history.

• Collaborate and coordinate with the Medical Director regarding patient care, ensuring that treatment plans align with medical standards and client safety.

• Administer injections of neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that meet client needs and promote long-term satisfaction.

• Maintain the highest standards of safety and infection control during all treatments.

• Educate clients on post-treatment care and additional services that could enhance their outcomes.

• Build and maintain a strong client base, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the aesthetic team to innovate treatment offerings and improve client outcomes.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in cosmetic medicine.

• Manage client records and documentation for all treatments performed.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or NP license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Certified in the administration of neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Injector.

• Existing client following with a strong record of client retention.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Passionate about the aesthetic field and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
